Disposition:

Rash - There is no possible way to overstate just how impulsive Ryuuga is as a person. He is a man that acts almost entirely on gut feelings, and is painfully easy to provoke into action. To make matters worse, Ryuuga's hot tempered nature doesn't always pair well with his hasty tendencies, and this can get him into some pretty hot water. His rashness does mean that he's very fast to action when that kind of snappy thinking is necessary, but more often than not it leads him right into trouble.

Intuitive - This may be a nicer way to say that Ryuuga is not book smart in the slightest. When the people around him are discussing lofty concepts, or even relatively basic scientific theories, Ryuuga ends up lost at a concerning speed. He is a simple man with a shockingly straightforward way of viewing the world, and highly academic subject matters are not in his wheelhouse. That's not to say he truly is dumb, however. Ryuuga does seem to possess a certain innate understanding of the world around him, and when he isn't rushing into things, his gut feelings can actually set him onto the right path. He might not be cut out for something like rocket science or brain surgery, but he is able to make his way through life just fine with the smarts he does have.

On occasion even that sharp intuition of his can be trumped by his trusting nature though, and despite being relatively good at picking up on people's emotions, he can also be easily tricked with a good enough sob story.

Loyal - Despite some of his other flaws, Ryuuga puts dogs to shame with the level of loyalty he displays for friends and loves ones. That rash nature he possesses also means that he will rush headfirst into any danger in order to protect someone. More than once Ryuuga has been ready and willing to sacrifice his own life in order to keep those he cares about safe, though he has been lucky that he's never been able to go through with his self-sacrificing attempts.

Early on in his journey into being a hero, he was largely concerned with himself. As time went on that loyalty and concern spread to newly made friends, and even beyond to include innocent strangers. While people close to him are always going to be Ryuuga's first priority, he has learned to extend his hand to anyone who needs it, and refuse to let go until they are safe and sound.

Guilt Ridden - An unfortunate aspect early in his hero journey was the loss of his girlfriend. While her death was not his fault, the fact that he didn't prevent it ate at him. After her passing he is never able to fully let go of her, even if he does his best to continue on with his life. This guilt also allows him a large degree of empathy and understanding for others around him who suffer similar losses in an environment where violent deaths are not infrequent.

It's yet another thing that pushes him forward into wanting to protect innocents, and causes his repeat attempts to sacrifice his life for others. His desire to not lose anyone else is extremely strong, and the weight of past loss weighs heavily on him.

Suitability: Ryuuga is extremely familiar with the concept of aliens, having spent most of his series fighting against one that is trying to destroy the Earth. While arriving on another planet out of the blue will certainly throw him a little off kilter at first, it won't take long at all for him to grasp the situation.

Or at the very least decide the details are too complicated, and accept he's just on an alien planet that he can't easily leave.

He's also familiar with transformations, even if his is more of the "magical girl costume" variety rather than the "werewolf during a full moon" type. People in his world (including people he knows) have been temporarily transformed into monsters before as well. The lucky ones are even able to eventually transform back into people.

He won't be overwhelmingly happy with the transformations at first, but the fact that he will retain most if not all of his mental faculties while transformed will quickly ease his biggest worries about it. At worst it will be a nuisance to him when it happens, at at best he'll learn to use his unique forms to his advantage. He is rather resourceful at times.

He is also not touch averse, even if he doesn't generally seek it out. He's never shied away from friends grabbing onto him, holding his hand, or leaning on him very literally when they need him. The idea of Synchrony will seem strange to him at first, but he's very adaptable, and tends to fall into habits easily. In a world where heavy amounts of touch are normalized, he'll get used to heavy touch quickly.

Condition upon arrival: Physically healthy and alert, though definitely confused.

Abilities:

Alien Biology: Thanks to some unusual circumstances surrounding his birth, Ryuuga is not fully human genetically speaking. For the most part his body seems human, but he has been noted to increase his strength and skills at an abnormally fast rate thanks to not being 100% human.
Hand-to-hand combat: His primary form of fighting. Former professional fighter, current superhero.
Basic sword skills: His secondary form of fighting. He has extremely basic skills with swords. We're talking slash and stab here, not a fancy parry.
Kamen Rider armor: Armor that utilizes alien technology to both protect the wearer and increase their strength. Often comes with elemental bonuses when landing a hit, and in Ryuuga's case it's lightning and fire.

Inventory: A belt (called a driver) that allows him to access that Kamen Rider armor, and a couple of "bottles" that let him utilize different kinds of elemental powers.

Gembond: Ruby
Gem Location: Back of his right hand.
